The DEC has allowed an EXTRA 30 days for our public comment period to address the concerns of Sealand's 2011 public scoping document. All comments must be submitted in writing, and received by the DEC by FEBRUARY 12, 2018, 

Comments can also be sent to DEC Region 9:  dep.r9@dec.ny.gov

We will also have a legislative public HEARING on this project on February 7th, at 6pm in the Frewsburg High School  auditorium. Details for the extension and hearing are posted below in the Hearing Notice.

Below -- find a sample form letter with the DEC's address. And the LAST entry is a letter to the DEC expressing support for the CCC's concerns. Feel free to use it to send your own letter in to arrive by FEB. 12, 2018.
